Jasmine brought Victory Gardens to life in 2024, drawing inspiration from her parents' venture, ‘Victory Greens.’ She was raised within the nursery industry and earned a bachelor’s degree in diagnostic radiology prior to coming back to her roots. Alongside her husband, Chase, they are proud parents to a 4-year-old son and a 1.5-year-old daughter. Jasmine has a passion for building and creating, and Victory Gardens allows her to explore those dreams without boundaries.
Lonnie is a numbers wiz, amazing gardener and has over 20 years of retail experience in the corporate world. She never fails to make everyone feel at home and has the biggest heart. She has been with Victory Gardens since its early beginnings dreaming and growing it to the next level.
Finn is a jack of all trades! There's nothing he can't do. He is an absolute horticulture extraordinaire, fantastic gardener and has passion in all he does. You can usually catch Finn in his happy place; the soil, creating beautiful planters and giving our customers firsthand education.
With her iPad in one hand and a love for community in the other, Mik brings big event energy to every market, celebration, and cozy paint night we dream up. She’s got serious event chops (think multi-day conferences and grassroots festivals) but found her sweet spot in crafting joyful, local moments that bring people together. Off the clock, she’s either chatting with her plants or rewatching Lord of the Rings—and yes, she definitely has a favorite hobbit.
Hannah is truly the sweetest woman you'll ever meet! She creates and executes the most unique and complex drinks while creating real connections with customers. She has experience at Magnolia Market in Waco, TX leading their cafe. She owns and operates Sundays Kitchen baking up the BEST scones on the planet.
Avery handles the behind the scenes for Victory Gardens! She has experience in banking and also barista work. Avery has two twin baby girls at home when she's not in the office keeping multiple businesses spinning.
